Terms & Conditions

GENERAL
— Please do not expect me to draw in anything other than my style.
— I have the right to refuse to draw anything I am not comfortable with or anything that I am not confident enough to draw.
— Features/designs will be adapted and/or simplified into my style if needed and to the best of my ability.
— Do not ask me to replicate things from other OCs that do not belong to you.
— Rushing me or exhibiting rude behavior will result in a cancellation of the commission without refunds.
— It is the client's responsibility to back up the artwork once received. The work file for the commission will be deleted to save storage space.PAYMENTS
— Via Vgen: Full upfront payment. For privacy reasons, I prefer for payments to be made via Vgen. I will only begin work once the full payment has been received.
— Via Drawmarket: through the platform's payment system. 50% after sketch, 50% after final delivery.REVISIONS
— I will not accept requests for moderate/big changes during the rendering phase. Minor adjustments or corrections can be made within reason.
— Workflow: Sketch draft (1 major revision allowed)-> Base colours + rough lighting (1 moderate revision allowed) -> Rendering & polishing (minor adjustments allowed subject to my discretion)-> Final delivery (minor adjustments such as colour correction allowed).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Within 2 months from the commission confirmation (added to my queue). This does not include weekends as they are my days off and I will not be responsive during them.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
— I retain the copyright ownership of all the artwork I create (applicable to both personal use and commercial use commissions). This means that I may use the commission to promote my work which includes sharing WIPs, etc. I will only post watermarked and glazed versions of the artwork.REFUNDS
— I will not issue refunds unless I am unable to complete the work.COMMUNICATION
Via Vgen messaging or DrawMarket's messaging based on which platform the commission is requested on.
— I am very proactive and communicative throughout the process. I am also very diligent and provide timely responses. Deadlines will not be postponed unless there are special circumstances and it will be communicated to you.
— Chargebacks or failure to respond for over 2 weeks during the commission process will result in a blacklist from future commissions and the payment will not be refunded. If I have not started the commission and do not hear back from you when contacted, your commission slot will be forfeit and given to someone else.
